Mr. Tuchi's prior experience includes being Senior Partner, Consulting Advisory Services at KPMG Peat Marwick. His global responsibilities and accomplishments while at KPMG included: (i) National Practice Director, responsible for Healthcare Engineering Services, facilities and laboratory design and construction management; (ii) U.S. Partner, KPMG International Logistics Management Consulting Committee, established worldwide transportation and distribution service offices and network in 35 countries; (iii) Chairman, International Lottery & Gaming Committee; started 36 lotteries in the U.S., Canada, Korea, United Kingdom, South America and Australia; (iv) P&L responsibility generating over $450 million in operating revenues; (v) Established 11 new business ventures in the Firm; and (vi) Management and operating responsibility for over 370 consulting professionals.

In addition, Mr. Tuchi served as Executive Vice President and Managing Partner, Health Care Management Services Division for AT&T Corp. While at AT&T, Mr. Tuchi's accomplishments included: (i) Consolidated all high speed and multimodal bandwidth health care applications in video conferencing and customer service web applications for internet services and data management in the network hosting environment; (ii) Created a division to provide services through the domestic and international networks connecting hospitals, physicians and clinicians to care providers, insurance companies, responsible third parties and patients; (iii) Responsible for the development of the GE Medical Imaging business plan to reconfigure and improve the technical applications for high speed transmission of medical images to be adapted into PACS systems; (iv) Managed the $52 million NIST grant project to establish the National Medical Knowledge Bank health care data repository and data management methodologies, including distance learning and health care education through broadband telecommunications network; and (v) Grew division revenues for transport and services in the Health Care industry to $1.2 billion.

Mr. Tuchi was the founder and CEO of Global Health Sciences, LLC. The company was founded to provide remote patient monitoring between physicians, healthcare providers, managed care and home care agencies. Mr. Tuchi?s accomplishments with Global Health Sciences included: (i) Managed the novation process to complete the NIST grant acquired from AT&T begun in 1995 and completed by the company in 2000; (ii) Applied telemedicine technologies were acquired from: AT&T in 1998, the acquisition of Savant Corp., and the acquisition of wound care software from a division of Bristol Myers Squibb Corp; (iii) Delivered health care services to connect patients with providers and care givers in hospitals, clinics, physician practices and managed care networks through call centers using web based and internet technologies; (iv) Established connectivity with the University of Arizona Health Sciences Center in the Arizona Telemedicine Progam. The company was the first non-university company to become a member of the Arizona Rural Telemedicine Network; and (v) Implemented a VPN telemedicine application to connect four health care institutions in Bangalore and Delhi, India to deliver patient treatment and pathological training.
